timestamp issues

I have an application which is installed from the same CD on several boxes and the timestamp on created files are being changed by exactly 2 hours on a couple of the systems. We have checked the time settings in control panel and are at aloss as to why this is happenning. Could it be a BIOS issue (same motherboard, but possibly differences in revisions)? OS is NT 4 server, SP 5. Any thoughts?
