TOGGLE BETWEEN 2 OS ?

I need to run two operating systems at the same time on the same COMPUTER…
Especially i need to First Boot With NT4 and
then boot W98 and toggle between them.
IS this Possible?
I want to know if this is possible,what are
the external utility’s REQs.?
