Toshiba Disable Cache

I have a Toshiba Laptop m105 and it will boot and then freeze up, and then when I restart it, it boots but nothing shows on the screen. I swapped the memory with some memory I knew to work, but the same thing happened. After looking around, I believe the cache may be bad. I booted into bios but there was no option to disable the Cache. Anyone have an idea of what to try?
