Toshiba L25 dropped will not boot to Windows

My Toshiba L25 was dropped, boots to Toshiba Screen but stops and F2 or F12 do nothing. Tried pressing F2 first then power on and screen states “Entering Setup please wait” but system does nothing after that. CD drive does not open. Anyone have an idea?
