Track-it Remote Control

I use Track-it by Blue Ocean software and recently purchased the Remote Control function. It works great in Windows 98, and it works in Windows 2000 if the user is an administrator, but if they are a User or Power User it can’t make a connection using TCP. I’m assuming it’s the same security that stops users from being able to change the IP address, but I’m hoping someone has a way around this. Thanks.
