Tracking Services

I have a user who?s account keeps getting locked out I think she has used her credentials to activate the service, then she changed her password and not when the service starts it locks her out.
I am using Shortcut to LockoutStatus to find out what server is locking her out but I can not find the service any idea would be grate.
