Traffic Lights

Hi,

I have win2000 professional installed on compaq desktop P111 730 mhz and 128 MB RAM with 20 GB harddisk finally office2000.
The question is :
There is files of word2000 and other objects on the desktop when i try to select ONE FILE all are selecting,restarting the Pc but the problem becoming worse Numlock,Caps lock and the third light are blinking in serial like the traffic lights but faster,who to solve this problem.
