Train 4 network admin – NT 4.0 or 2000?

This maybe a no brainer for most but here it goes????..

Should I train for NT 4.0 Network Administration because that?s what we are currently using or train for 2000 because eventually we will be going to that (or XP or whatever)? I?m thinking Ishould go with NT4.0 Network Administration, because that is our “current” need and then train later for 2000 (or XP or whatever).

I am the IT department of a small public library. We have 17 computers running everything from 95 to NT 4.0 workstation. We have 2 servers both running NT 4.0, one is a file sever the other is a (or soon will be) combination applications and Web server.
