Transfer of data from NT to Win 2000.

HI,
Scenario:
2 Notebooks. One on Win NT Workstation and
the other Win 2000. Both cannot connect to the network. I need to transfer data from NT notebook to the Win 2000 notebook.

My question is:
How do I go about doing it using HYPER TERMINAL or using the Direct Connection appln in WIN 2k?

Any insight into ways of doing this is most appreciated…
