We have a client which we are doing an upgrade for. Part of the upgrade included replacing their server. We have now got them running from their new server and we have run into a problem where we have lost their emails. (I am sure if we connect them back to their old server then they would see them again but we need to get them across to the new server).
In Microsoft exchange on the old server you can see in resources that the users have so many Mb in emails but on the new server when you look at resources in MS Exchange they only have 1K in emails.
Is their a simple file that we can copy across to get back their emails or will we have to connect to the old server and move all their emails to a Personal folder and save it that way so that we can then copy across each users pst file?
