troj virus

Every time I start the pc, the following warning will come out. “TROJ JOINRFRDY.D TROJ_SUB7.12 TROJ_SUB7.13. PLEASE REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM AND RUN TSC.EXE AGAIN.”
(I’m using pc ceilin 2003, cwin95, I.E.5.5)
Really appreciat if someone can tell me how to solve the problem.
