trouble shoot

thanks for your interest (negelsky), but the
monitor is connected to the cpu.
I’m thinking that the ram is fried.

grandchildren had acess, and tried to go on line
putting the phone jack in what ever slot.

does my opinion stand to reason?

situation is monitor will not display.
