Trust Relationship

I have four offices connected through VPN. All of them have the same domain name. Do I need to have differnet domain name for each of them so that I be able to configure the trust relashinsip? or is there any workaround? I prefer to keep the domain names as is…I am in the process of upgrading all the servers to W2K.
