Trust relationships in windows 2000

Me and my co-worker are setting up security for a high school computer lab. We set up a windows 2000 server and have been fairly successful in connecting the computers with the server. They log into Novell Client 4.8 and then into the windows workstation. On a few machines however, when attempting to log on an error reading “The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed.” We have checked and double checked all of the settings, and the server is setup to allow more than enough users. Does anybody know how to re-establish the trust relationship between the client station and server?
