Trust Relationships

I want to create a trust relationship between my two domains which are connected via leased line. The first domain has a subnet of 192.168.100.0 and the other domain has a subnet of 192.168.200.0.

I already tried doing it but I got an error message “Could not find domain controller for this domain.”

Please help. Thank you.
