Trying to recover data from old PC onto new

Here’s what little I know: I’ve removed the old unbootable hard drive (A Western Digital 15GB IDE) with no problems. I’ve also set up the jumper in the slave position so that’s ready. However I don’t see a simple cable interface between it and the 160GB SATA drive of my new Vostro 200. Is there a cable(s)–I’m guessing that I’ll need a power source and one for data–that I should have before I get any further and what should I look for in the Vostro to hook into?
