TS boot diskless(win2k server)?

i want to make a network of diskless workstations using windows 2000 server Terminal Services. how do i get windows 2000 Terminal Services to boot a diskless workstation? i have nic cards with the optional boot rom. do i have to program the boot roms? Also, where do i buy the boot ROMs?
