Tweak ui auto logging on

Hello
I have Tweak UI installed with Win 98 2nd edition,it is the internet sharer, I use the automatic logon and just recently it stopped logging on, it stops and waits for a password at startup,(I think one of the kids software messed it up), the other computers will not hookup to the web until logon of main computer. I have used the Logon hack from this site but when I do, Microsoft Outlook needs a password and will not work properly until I log off and then enter a password.I have uncheckedthe Logon box rebooted entered password, then I recheck the Logon box reboot and it still will not auto logon
