two error messages

1. fatal exception 0E has occured at 017F:BFF713DB.
2.Microsoft visual c++ runtime error, message with it, ram files\nortonsystemworks\norton utilities\regtrk.exe Runtime error abnormal program termination.
Will take any advice on correcting this.
