Two Ethernet Cards, One PC

How do I configure the routing table for a single PC with two Ethernet cards so that I can force the communication from one card through a HUB to a wrap connection back to the other PC card? This is for test purposes to check the communication paththrough the HUB. The PC presently wants to communicate to the other card across the backplane.
