Two machines sharing a SCSI RAID

We have two Windows 2000 machines both connected to a SCSI RAID. The RAID is formated as NTFS.

The problem is that a file saved from one computer to the RAID needs to be seen by the other computer.

Currently a file saved by one computer cannot be seen by the other even though from both computers the drive gives Everyone full control and the test file also gives Everyone full control.

I’m told that about a week ago both computers could see the files.
