two network card in NT (routing)

I’m setting up a msproxy, we have static IP address like 203 series IP address given by ISP. So I gave that IP address to inbuilt NIC and i add an another NIC and i gave IP address like 172 series now i want 172 series IP should route the internal internet connection ? How setup?
