two network cards in NT (Routing)

I have 2 network adapters in a NT 4.0 Server. one is connected to the internet and the second via firewall to the corporate lan.
I want to use the corporate mail relais which is behind the firewall. How can I make sure that the smtp mail is sent tothe corporate lan (2nd lan-adapter) , and not take the way to the internet.
