Two workgroups single printer different isps

how can we connect two different workgroups from a system. Both workgroup systems are configured with different ip series (17.xx.xx.xxx, 202.xxx.xx.xx) none is showing in workgroup computers in any system’s tab, ping is giving positive results. i want to share a printer to these both groups without changing ips (two broadband connections for these two workgroups) is it possible??
