UDP/DOmain Controller question

Atleast once a day my DC is sending 6 64 byte UPD packets (polling?) to every IP address (used and not used IP’s) on the network. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Generating a lot of traffic. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you!
