Unable to access Task Manager in XP

When I attempt to access Task List in XP Pro, I get a error ‘The application failed to initialize properly (0xC0150004). Click on OK to terminate the application’. The system works fine otherwise. Can I run Setup to repair the existing install? I am running OS on Compaq Deskpro EN 866 PIII, dual-booting with Win98. All running on FAT32. Thanks!
