Unable to Add TCP/IP PORT

by keith at anw . Updated 23 years, 4 months ago

1 out of 7 of my Win2K Pro workstations will not allow adding a TCP/IP Port in order to print to a networked printer. I tried Microsofts solution (erase copy of WSNMP32.DLL in %systemroot% folder), but the only copy of that file is in the WINNT/SYSTEM32 folder. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TCP/IP, but that did not help. What else can cause this problem?
