unable to connect to one website

I have been connecting to a website named: smirkingchimp.com on various different computers for quite some time.Now the problem is that I can still connect on all the pc’s except one. On this one I getthis small typed message in the top left of the browser window “Location:offline.php”. There is no other indication of any problem with the browser or isp connection,I can connect with all the other sites that I want. I tried to connect using a free proxy “freedom.pigmonkey.com” and received the same message.The pc has connected with this problem site in the past, but not any more.
