Unable to Delete Folder : NT4.0

I have a folder on my PDC that I cannot delete. I am unable to reset the NTFS permissions on the folder via the GUI or the XCALCS. Reboots do not cure lock, and I am officially out of ideas.

If I see one more access denied message I’ll go nuts. I have logged in as both the Administrator and as my “backdoor” – both accounts have lost the ability to take action on this folder…and in my frustration I managed to create two more that I cannot manage. Ideas Anyone?
