Unable to delete sub-folders/files

Morning Folks.

I am having trouble deleting folders/files under a share called “Common” on my win2k C:\

Structure is as follows:

common
|
|-hj
|-drivers
|-apps

I can delete anything under common, except the HJ folder. It tells methat “the source file may be in use”. This applies to any file/folder under HJ that I try to delete. I tried to unshare the common folder…no luck. I tried disconnecting people from the share…no luck. There’s nothing out of the ordinary in this folder except for some utilities/patches that we apply on occasion…nothing that gets normal use.

Any thoughts?
