OS – NT, Computer – IBM 300PL I have a user who gets the “unable to initiate tcp/ip” about once a week when she trys to use a program called Superview. If she loggs out of all programs that are open (except Lotus Notes) she then can go back in and use the program. This does not effect any program except this one. I have reinstalled Superview several times, and have reinstalled all software once. What should I do next. (I am thinking of replacing the network card.) No one else has this problem.
