Unable to install Visual studio

Hi friends
I am breaking my head for last 2 days for installing microsoft visual studio 6.0 in my machine having windows 2000 professional for last 2 days.
The dump is on some machine in the LAN. But while updating the system during installation every time this error is coming :
“Set up was unable to create a DCOM account in order to register C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\Tools\VS-ENT98\Vanalysis\Valec.exe”
Please help me if u have any clue…
