unable to load hpjdnp.dll

I have a dell optiplex on a network with a local and a network printer installed. When I turn on the pc right before my network login screen comes up, I get a box with a message that comes up saying “unable to load HPJDNP.dll one of the library files needed to run this cant be found. Some of the features may not be available-HP network printers.” Then I click ok the box goes away and I log into the network and everything works fine. I uninstalled all printers and still got the message. Anysuggestions?
