Unable to load– part 2

I took the advice of some of the answers I recieved. Results: I formatted the drive and changed the RAM with 6 different sticks of RAM. I tried them one at a time and also two at a time. Recieving the same error mess. (C:\WINDOWS\system\vmm32.vxd:unable to load) Is there anything else I can try?? Help
