unable to login to w2k terminal server

Hi

We have users with mandatory profile in winNT4 domain. We also have windows2k as a member server(terminal server serving as application server) in this same domain.

Problem here is a user with roming profile can log into terminal server butuser with man profile can not. It gives error “not able to load man profile”, contact sys
admin.

They way we set up is profile direcetory end with .man extention, so that use must use man profile inorder to log in. I was just wondering if any one can help me in this matter.
