Unable to Logon after reboot W2K Server

Installed fresh W2K Server. Installed service pack 2. Configured AD as a backup for the domain controller. After SP2 installed it asked for reboot. All the screen showing starting network conections, etc came up fine. The Ctrl-Alt-Del screen appears. After performing Ctr-Alt-Del no logon screen appears and the computer doesn’t diplay anything. From the domain controller I can see everything on the backup controller as if it did load properly but I can’t get a GUI. Any suggestions?
