Unable to Open Vis.Data Manager in VB5.0

While I try to select the option “Visual Data Manager” option from “Add-Ins” menu the following error message occurs.

Can’t open database. It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.
Number: 3049

What is the solution to overcome this error?
