Unable to see files in Recycle Bin in Wi

I have Win XP Pro.

When I delete a file it goes to the Recycle Bin. At least that is where I have it set up to go. I am not sure why, but as of last night I cannot see what is in the Recycle Bin. I am afraid to clear the bin as I may have deleted an important file. How do I see files again? I went in as admin and I can see any file sent to Recycle Bin. However I can’t see files sent in as another user. Please help.
