Unable to Uninstall program Web Time 2.0

OS is XP Pro. Installed subject program Mar 2004 but no longer find it useful. Attempted to uninstall via Control Panel, Change/Remove Program function and received message “Could not open log file C:\Program File\Web Time 2.0\ST5UNST.LOG”. Therefore, I am unable to delete this Program and cannot contact anyone at the Web Time site. Can anyone out there help me uninstall this demon.
