Unable to write to C: and Scandisk on ev

We are using a fairly new IBM P3, and every once in a while it goes to the blue screen of death and gives the error unable to write to C: data or files may be lost.

Also on every restart it runs scandisk. Without finding any errors!

Any help would be appreciated!
