unattended install of WIN2000 server

Having read Q216258, Win2000 Res Kit Deploy.cab(unattend.doc) and tried many times. 2000 loads fine but I cannot seem to configure my nework adapters, from the scripts, to any form of IP address.

Does any Republican have an example unattend.txt or winnt.sif file that works?
