Unattended installation

Hi,

does anyone know the solution for the following problem;

I boot from a DOS flop, I partition my disk, and then copy the I386 directory to the harddisk, then run winnt to start the installation.
Everything goes all right, it copies the files to a temporary installation directory, and then when it reaches 100%, it gives the following error:
Run-time error R6003 Integer divide by 0
