Unemployed and available for employment

Hello,I am moving to Camden N.J.,from Puerto Rico,can anyone give me advise on getting a job in PC repair tech.?
Also I am interested in finding a center where I can get training to take the A+ Exam.So I can get a job in New Jersey.
Is E-Tek training center a recognized training center?
