Unexpected Network Error

In a peer to peer environment, one machine is running 2000 Professional and the others are running Me/98. Drives are fully shared on all systems. All machines can be seen in Network Neighborhood.
When trying to copy a file from the 98 machines to the 2000 one the following error appears on the 2000 machine: (Heading of box: Folders) ” \\ComputerName\Folder is not accessible. An unexpected network error occurred.”
On the 98 machine the following appears when trying to copy from the 98 machine:( Box heading: Error Copying File or Folder) “Cannot create-File name-:The specified network resource or device is no longer available.”
