Unexpected Reboots

We are running Win 2000 server (TS installed) on Dell 2550 servers. These are clean installs and fully service packed. However they are doing unexpected reboots with nothing being written into the event log.This is affecting about 3 servers in different rack with different power sources to different UPS’s. Has anybody come across this problem with W2K Server ????
