Unexpected Remote Disk found

I have just recently found a remote disk on my Windows NT4.0 Workstation that is not a network mapped drive but mirrors one of the networked mapped drives that I have on my Windows Explorer. You can not see the drive in disk adminstrator and you can not unmapped the drive since it is not mapped. If I reboot the computer the drive does not appear in Windows explorer for some time then suddenly while referencing windows explorer there it is showing its ugly face again. Any ideas.

Seem like something is just not right here.
