unhide Internet Explorer 6

How do i unhide programs in the add/remove programs.
When i go into add/remove programs there are very little little programs there. I read in .net magazine one time there is a way to unhide internet explorer from here any suggestions?
I have internet exploer installed on a OEM/factory installtion and would like to revert to I.E. 5.5 with sp2
