Unimodem half-duplex Audio Driver not found

My dell 8400 says it has hardware, but no software for the audio. I looked for the audio driver needed and could not find it. It should have been included in the dell disk for reloading programs.

Where else can I find the driver and how do I install it so my computer can see it and use it?
