Uninstall Deep Freeze

Im installing deep freeze V.5.0.2 and the deep freeze icon isn’t showed.
And I can’t called that program using ” ctrl+shift+alt+f6 “, Im trying to uninstall using deep unfreeze (boot thawed), it’s errors appears ” Error 3: can’t get info size “.
What shoul I do b’fore I reformated my HDD.
