Uninstall Win2K Advanced Server

I goofed and installed Win2K Advanced Server on my laptop. Win2K Pro and Office 2000 Pro were already installed. I know I should have partitioned the drive; however, I was trying to follow the directions in my MCSE training kit for Win2K Server. Now Win2K Server is my OS and recognizes my modem but will not let me dial out. I think if I uninstall the Server and then reinstall it properly, my problems will be over.
